| Sally
has been our office
manager and receptionist
for the past four
years. Born and
raised in Puerto
Rico, Sally moved
to Chicago to study
Communications
at Loyola University.
Since then she
has worked in various
medical positions
including one at
St. Francis Hospital
in Evanston in
the field of plastic
surgery prior to
joining us. For
the past 14 years,
she has been working
in several positions
in the medical
field, giving her
extensive experience
in quality patient
care. She takes
care of everything
in the office -
from scheduling
your appointments
and surgery to
educating you before
and after surgery
as to what to expect.
Her experience
as well as her
outgoing and friendly
nature makes her
a great person
to talk to if you
have any questions
or concerns or
just need someone
to talk with. And
as a Puerto Rican
native, Sally can
communicate well
with both Spanish
and English speakers |

| Carrie |
|
| Carrie
is the newest addition
to our office,
joining us in the
spring of this
year. She earned
her degree in Biology
and Music in December
of 2000 from the
University of Michigan
before moving to
the Chicago area.
Throughout her
time in college,
Carrie worked with
a variety of different
physicians in Michigan,
including a plastic
surgeon, gaining
experience in patient
care and learning
about various plastic
surgery procedures.
In addition to
composing much
of the prose on
our website, she
also helps out
in the office,
answering questions
regarding various
procedures and
addressing other
concerns that you
may have. Carrie
hopes to attend
PA school in May
of 2002. |

| Karin |
|
| Karin
is a graduate of
St. Francis School
of Radiography
in Evanston and
has been with us
for close to a
year. She, too,
works as a receptionist
in our office and
is available to
answer questions
as well as assist
Dr. Springer during
your office visits.
Working at St.
Francis Hospital
for the last 15
years has given
her significant
experience in patient
care and various
aspects of the
medical field.
Karin
also has first-hand
experience
in the field
of plastic
surgery, as
she has undergone
an elective
procedure done
by Dr. Springer.
For years she
had been contemplating
a breast augmentation.
After working
with us for
a while, she
decided the
time was right
and underwent
augmentation
surgery. Just
a few months
following surgery,
she is incredibly
happy with
her results.
Therefore,
Karin has a
unique perspective
and is able
to relate to
the patient
from both the
patient’s
perspective
as well as
the physician’s.
She is more
than willing
to talk with
anyone who
has specific
questions or
concerns regarding
breast augmentation
or undergoing
an elective
procedure in
general.
